Refund policy

1. General Policy

All purchases of precious metals and gold jewellery from NOD NO OFF DAYS LLP are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to all items sold, including but not limited to necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, and pendants.

This policy exists because the price of gold fluctuates daily based on international market rates, and all items are priced according to the prevailing gold price at the time of purchase.

 

 

2. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, NOD NO OFF DAYS LLP  will accept returns or exchanges only in the following circumstances:

a) The item received is materially defective or damaged upon delivery through no fault of the customer;

b) The item received does not match the product description as listed at the time of purchase (including but not limited to incorrect karat, incorrect weight, or incorrect length); or

c) The item received is not the item ordered by the customer.

In such cases, the customer must notify NOD NO OFF DAYS LLP within 24 hours of receiving the item, supported by photographic evidence and the original invoice.

 

 

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns

Where a return is accepted under Clause 2, the following conditions apply:

a) The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered;

b) The original invoice and packaging must be provided;

c) NOD NO OFF DAYS LLP reserves the right to assess the item upon receipt before confirming the return or exchange.

 

4. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) of Singapore or any other applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
